Hi, and welcome to Gibson Handcraft. I'm Daniel, a leather craftsman specialising in hand-stitched leather goods. I have been practicing leathercraft since 2017 and trained in England under Nigel Armitage. I’m now based in Willaston, South Australia.

My aim is to produce high-quality, not high-volume, leather goods. I use top quality leathers from the best Australian and European tanneries, which, unlike the cheap, plastic coated leather often found on the high street, can last a lifetime and develop character as it ages. I also use traditional construction techniques, ensuring each item is made properly and can be repaired. Everything I make is covered by my 10 year guarantee and repair pledge.

I primarily focus on custom orders, but my online shop will contain a small selection to made-to-order items and occasional one-off pieces.
