Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

 

We use Australia post standard service for delivery and offer this free of charge for deliveries within Australia. A fee is applicable if you wish to upgrade  to Express Post. For either postage service, a tracking number will be provided to you once the item ships.

 

For international orders, shipping cost is payable at checkout. Items will be shipped using Australia Post and you will be notified of the tracking number once the item ships.

 

Note: international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. You will be notified of these charges once the item arrives in your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer and will need to be paid before you can take delivery of the item. We will declare the true value of the item on the package as required by Australian law.

Returns and Refunds policy

If you are not satisfied with you order, stock items that have not been personalised may be returned  within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me to arrange a return. The item must be unused and undamaged and I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a saleable conditions. Customers are responsible for return postage.

 

Made-to-order and bespoke goods are not eligible for returns due to change of mind. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss  repair or refund options.

If any item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to organise a return.

 

Everything made at Gibson Handcraft is eligible for free repairs for life to the original owner or gift recipient. Please get in touch if you need a repair.
