I typically use Australia Post standard service for shipping, which includes tracking. You are welcome to choose your preferred shipping method.

 

International customers may need to pay customs duties in their home countries. I do not collect taxes or customs fees for locations outside of Australia, so it is the customer's responsibility to understand their country's import regulations and cover any applicable charges.
 

Returns and Refunds policy

I  take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made leather goods tailored to your specific preferences. As each item is made to order, I ask that you carefully review your order details before proceeding with purchase. Every piece I create is backed by my 10 year guarantee and repair pledge.

Custom and MTO

Due to the nature of custom-made products, I do not offer returns or refunds on items that have been personalised or made to your specifications. This includes items such as custom wallets, belts, bags, and other leather goods made to your unique design and requirements.

If your custom-made item arrives defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the ordering process, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. I will provide a full refund or a replacement product, depending on the situation.

Stock items

From time to time I offer ready made (stock) items for sale. These item can be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase providing they were not personalised, they are still saleable and still in original packaging. If you wish to initiate a return for a stock item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for returning the goods to me. On receipt, I will assess the condition of the goods and issue a refund if applicable.

If your item arrives defective, please contact me within 14 day of receipt to initiate a return.

Customer Responsibility

I recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming your purchase, as I cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items that are simply a result of a change of mind.
